We have industry-leading rubber vulcanization capability, using microwave continuous + hot air vulcanization method: The microwave cures the rubber from the inside out, curing the rubber quickly and evenly in the first step, and continuous circulation of hot, damp air over the rubber provides fast, complete vulcanization in the second step.
